If you haven't already, you'll need to set up an account with our external booking provider Kids Club HQ. You will be asked to provide some details about yourself and your children which will be safely stored on your account. Once registered, you may book your child into our Wraparound Care Clubs and/or Holiday Clubs.

Payment must be made at the time of booking, or if you are using childcare vouchers, you must request payment from your provider.

After School Club - 15:10 - 17:30 (optional extra 17:30-18:00)
Yes, you can - providing that there is availability. Booking closes 15 minutes before the start of the session.
Yes. You can select the relevant payment method at the end of your booking. If your voucher provider is not on the list, please contact us.
Yes. Our breakfast club offers a selection of healthy and nutritious breakfast items every morning.
In our after-school club, we provide the children with wholesome snacks to tide them over until dinner.
We may allow parents to swap a session, providing we have places available and the request is made at least 72 hours in advance. Requests must be made via email and sent to hello@activestars.co.uk.
Sessions cannot be swapped if a child is sick or absent at short notice.
If you wish to cancel an ad-hoc booking and provide at least 72 hours’ notice, we will credit your Active Stars account with the value of the session(s) cancelled. If you wish to cancel after this time, you will not be eligible for any credit/refund. Credit can be retained on your account to be used for future bookings or refunded upon request.
Contract bookings roll on until one month’s notice in writing is given to amend or cancel the contract. You will be charged for your current booking for the duration of that month, regardless of whether or not your child attends. After this time, your contract booking will change/end accordingly.
To minimise the risk of spreading illness and infection, children who are unwell must be kept at home for the full duration of their ailment, and for 48 hours after the last symptom occurs.
If your child falls ill during an Active Stars session, we will call you and ask you to collect them.
We do not offer refunds in the event of illness.
