With a background in PE and extensive experience working with children, Billy founded Active Stars to inspire active, engaging childcare. As the Designated Safeguarding Lead, they are committed to ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for every child.
Charlotte
Operations Manager - Crawley
With extensive customer service and project management experience, Charlotte keeps everything running smoothly. As a mummy to a preschooler, she’s passionate about creating fun, engaging spaces where children thrive.

With over a decade of teaching experience, Matt knows how to bring fun and education together! As a qualified teacher, he’s passionate about creating an exciting, engaging space where children can learn, play, and make amazing memories.
Rebecca
Operations Manager - Uckfield
Our very own Superwoman! Rebecca juggles staff rotas, snack time, and a newborn while keeping everything running smoothly. With 10+ years of teaching experience, she brings expertise, energy, and possibly a secret extra pair of hands!
